Healthy Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Brussel sprouts are rich in vitamins C and K, fiber, and antioxidants, providing various health benefits, including supporting immune function, promoting bone health, and contributing to digestive health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the edges, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
