Healthy Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chile ancho spice (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower florets, tossing to ensure even coating.
  5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cauliflower is tender, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
